March 1- May 21= $95.00 per night
May 22- June 30= $135.00 per night
July 1- July 9= $145.00 per night
July 10- September 8= $140.00 per night
September 9- February 28= $120.00 per night
Plus tax and cleaning. There is a parking permit required. The fee is $20.00 plus tax. Cleaning fee is $85.00 No rentals to students unless accompanied by parents.
Rent six nights get the seventh one free!
Lower rates apply during off season. Snowbirds call for owner's monthly rental rates-November, December, January and February.
