Tall Cedars, Pines and Oaks surround our home. Leave right from the house and hike through the Stanislaus National forest on foot or experience some of the best mountain biking that Northern California offers.
Our vacation home is 2 separate units and each are 1,000 square foot. Each unit comprises a master bedroom, 2nd bedroom, bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and a 10 x 40 foot deck facing the lake. Our home is nonsmoking and overlooks Lakemont Pines lake.
Each kitchen is fully furnished and ready for cooking and entertaining. It includes all dishes and utensils for preparing meals or banquets. It includes a microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, stove, blender, toaster, refrigerator and views of Lakemont Pines lake.
Unit A, Upstairs, sleeps 7 people:
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, cable TV and VCR/DVD, ceiling fan and views of the Stanislaus National forest.
The second bedroom has a loft bed with a double on the bottom and a twin on the top, TV, VCR, DVD, ceiling fan and views of the Stanislaus National forest.
The bathroom is a tub with a shower with high views of the Stanislaus National forest.
The living room has three recliners and a queen size hide-a-bed. It also includes cable TV, VCR/DVD, stereo/CD, wireless and dial up internet, ceiling fan, books, boom box, video library, games and magazines. The electric fireplace is ready for ambiance. The home is heated and cooled by forced air and the windows face all Lakemont Pines lake.

Lakemont Pines lake is across the street from our home. It offers sandy beaches, paddle boat rentals, playground, snack bar, fishing, swimming and non motorized boating lake with a lifeguard on duty in summer months. The use of the lake is maintained by membership tags and is available for your use.

Lakemont Pines lake is a man made lake fed by mountain snows.
Nearby you will find wonderful wine tasting, four renowned golf courses, fishing, downhill skiing, cross country skiing, kayaking, mountain biking, gold mining, hiking, casinos, spelunking, water skiing, swimming and boating. Within 2 hours you will find casinos in Jackson and Tuolumne.

Cancellation Policy for Lake House:
RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
A refundable security deposit of $175.00 is required for our home, with an additional $50.00 for pets.
We will accept checks, cashier's checks, money orders, or cash. Use a Paypal account sent to houseatarnold@hotmail.com for credit cards.
All email or phone reservations will be held for a maximum of 5 working days. If your deposit has not been received during that time period, your reservation will be considered unconfirmed.
Once we have received your deposit, we will send you a confirmation letter specifying your arrival and departure dates.
If you cancel your reservation thirty(30) days or more before your arrival date your full deposit will be refunded.
If you cancel your reservation eight to twenty (8-29) days 50% of your deposit will be refunded.
If you cancel within seven (7) days of your arrival date you will forfeit the full deposit. No refunds for early departure.
Check-in time is 3:00 PM and Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
