The rent is $60-200 per room per night or $650 per night for entire house. I have 1-4 rooms available for rent with usage of Jacuzzi, pool,living room and kitchen. Ther is 2 cars garage anf a lot of parking space in very safe streets.
At 1st rental option I will keep my room and stay on property. From
my experience it is very advantageous for renters because not only I can advice you or book you on famous Hollywood insiders parties, Celebrities Red Carpets, Movies Premiers and Los Angeles and S. California attractions but also help with everyday small problems which happen all visitors during they stay in LA.
Seasonal entire house rental:7000-9800 per month depending the season.
