views for dining and hot tubbing.
IN THE SUMMER
Perfect for the family summer vacation. In a quiet neighborhood, on a quiet street, just walk across the street to the Private homeowner's beach with sand beach and huge grass area, pier, picnic tables,and BBQ. Children can catch crawdads off the pier, play in the shallow sandy beach area while you enjoy the sun. A bouy is available for your boat. Hot Tub on the outdoor deck has a lake view. You can also dine on the upper deck while watching the boats cruise by.
IN THE WINTER
This terrific family or couples winter vacation home features a secure snow covered deck that is great for catching some sun, or for kids to build a snowman. There's a front yard for playing in the snow, sleding hills for kids only one block away and your own private cross country
sking area at lake's edge! At end of the day enjoy your outdoor HOT TUB on a covered deck.
Park your car in the garage out of the snow. The driveway is plowed during every day. Walk to upscale Tahoe City restaurants, boutiques, spas, theatres and nightlife. It's a 5 Minute drive to Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley for skiing.
