Brand New three bedroom, three bath vacation rental sits right on the boardwalk and beach of Mission Bay (Ostend Court cross street). $2500 per week September to May, $4300 per week in June, and $4600 per week July and August. Nightly rates also available (3 night minimum).

Cancellation Policy for Luxury Condo:
CANCELLATIONS: You have the right to cancel with 30 days written notice. With timely cancellation notice (30 days written notice), all advance funds will be returned less 10% of the rent and deposited funds. If written notice is received less than 30 days before scheduled arrival, 50% of deposit funds (rent and security deposit) will be forfeited. No refunds will be given for early departure, as you are responsible for the entire time booked once within the non-cancellation period.
