We are an Iowa couple who fell in love with Amelia Island and the historic city on the Island, Fernandina Beach; we know you will too!

You will also love our Amelia Island condo villa at Amelia Landings. It is nestled in a very secluded, oak-lined, serene setting. Yet, you are less than a five minute walk from the beautiful Amelia Island beach on the Atantic Ocean.

Just off I-95, Fernandina Beach is only 25 minutes from downtown Jacksonville and the Jacksonville Airport. This is the northernmost beach city in Florida--a real hidden treasure.

Amelia Island is 13 miles long and 2 1/2 miles wide, so you are within easy access to any point of interest on the island.

A short private drive leads you to our building, and there is ample parking. Our condo is on the second floor of a three-story building.
As you walk into the condo, you will immediately appreciate the attractive dining area, built-in wet bar and comfortable living room.

We have provided two cable TVs and a free high-speed Internet connection for your entertainment. (Bring your own laptop computer and work - if you must!). There is a DVD/CD/MP3 player and a VCR. We think you will love the art work and beach decor throughout the entire unit.

A queen-size bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the guest room will sleep four. A comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room brings the total guest accommodation to six.

Our Amelia Island Condo is perfectly located on this delightful little island. It is a very short walk to the Ferdinand beach - much of it on a boardwalk. We are only minutes by vehicle from beautiful Fernandina Beach, Fort Clinch State Park, the historic Amelia Island Lighthouse, the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, the Plantation, and other great local attractions. Take a short evening drive to dockside in Fernandina Beach, where the sunset overlooking the Amelia River is spectacular
