Cancellation Policy for Beach House:
Telephone our office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that we cannot refund your advance rental payment unless the property is re-rented for the same time period. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations, date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. If the property re-rents, we will refund your advance rental payment, minus trip insurance fees, if applicable, and a $75.00 cancellation fee. SORRY, NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES. <br><br>
Deposit Required for Beach House:
Upon making your reservation, advance payment of 50% of the total reservation, including all fees and charges, is required within 15 days of booking the reservation. This payment can be made in the form of a personal check or money order. If payment is not received within 15 days, your reservation will be cancelled. The balance of your rent is due upon arrival unless you are an EXPRESS CUSTOMER. We accept cash, travelers check, cashier's check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS, BUSINESS CHECKS OR AMERICAN EXPRESS. No exceptions. <br><br>
