Our delightful lakeside home is in the small exclusive community of Regal Oaks; a rural setting where you can relax and watch the tropical wildlife. See if you can spot the Little Blue Heron. Watch the Egrets strutting around the lake. See the Turkey Vultures soaring overhead. Witness the Osprey swooping for fish. Agonise with the Anhinga’s effort to exist. See the Turtles sunbathe.


The 32 x 11 foot swimming pool is solar heated (so no additional heating costs), is screened and has a southerly aspect. There is a covered shaded area with patio furniture for El Fresco dining. There are also two loungers for sun bathing.

The Family Room has two three seat sofas, a large screen cable TV with VCR, DVD and high-speed internet access. Large sliding doors lead out onto the pool deck. There is also a separate sitting area with a large picture window with view out across the lake. The large kitchen and dinning area lead off the family room. The Kitchen is fully equipped including oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer with ice maker, dishwasher and waste disposal. The full size washer and dryer are housed in the double garage. The dinning area can easily accommodate eight for when you have friends over for supper. There is also a Hi-Fi system to provide the mood music for those romantic candle lit suppers.

The Master Bedroom has a king-sized bed, extensive walk-in closet and en-suit bathroom with a large shower. The single vanity unit has a very large mirror with Hollywood lighting. Both the second and third have large fitted closets. One bedroom has a queen-size bed and the other has two twin beds.

Our home is fully air-conditioned and warm air heated if necessary in the winter. In addition, each main room has a large ceiling fan for added comfort. All linings and towels are provided, including pool towels.
