This beautifully landscaped and luxuriously furnished, 2100-square-foot villa is located in Southwest Cape Coral on a wide canal in southern exposition. You have gorgeous water views from nearly all rooms.

Sliding glass doors from the living room, dining room, master bedroom, and second bedroom lead to a spacious, screened lanai with an electric heated pool with waterfall and a separate whirlpool. In the living room you find our 50's corner with jukebox (100 CDs) and the famous 1959 Cadillac Sofa with a lot of decoration stuff. The house has a big TV screen in the living room and two additional TVs in two bedrooms, several radios, phones, and fax machine. Guests can rent our boat (additional) which is just on the dock next to the house for fishing or cruising the beautiful Gulf Coast waters or you can just fish from your own private dock. It is only a short drive to some of the world's most beautiful beaches and some of the finest dining in Southwest Florida, so please visit our little corner of paradise!

All-Season $ 875 / week

Additional informations to the prices:

Price per week for 2 persons. The rates are for Europeans calculated in Euro on the actual change basis, for Americans in US $. Each additional person $ 15/day. 2 children up to 6 years are free. All rates + sales and tourist tax (11%). At Christmas and at Easter there is a seasonal addition of 10%. Rebates for long term renters.

Conditions for payment: 20% at the time of booking. Final payment 60 days prior to arrival, security deposit from $ 500 (for Europeans in Euro) latest 20 days prior to arrival.

Extra costs: Electricity (0,15$/unit), final cleaning $ 150, phone. Rebates for long term renters, please ask us.

The rates include local phone, DSL internet access, flat rate, water, linens, towels and all services.

The boat can be rented for a weekly rate between $ 450 to $ 750, which includes a 4 hour boat instruction.
