You'll enjoy a truly stress free day, with your family,beginng with this stroll to collect shells, a dip in the sparkling Gulf of Mexico or an exhilarting jog up the beach. It is approx 1/3rd of a mile from our beach gate to the famed natural bird santuary known as "CALADESI ISLAND STATE PARK" with the trails leading thru the interior of our Island. Children have fun observing & identifying tracks in the sand of gopher tortoise , armadillo, marsh rabbits & others!

We totally enjoyed this home for our extended family of 10 people. Our group covered ages from newborn to 85, and all of us were thrilled with the accomodations. There were several separate areas, so everyone could find their own space. The pool and spa were a bit hit! It was close to both a quiet beach or to the Clearwater Beach entertainment area for more excitement. We are already looking forward to a return visit next year!

This was our first family vacation with my in laws. We had a great time and the house was perfect. We all had our own personal areas and we also had areas where as a family we were all able to hang out and play cards. We loved that we could go swim as early as we wanted, the beach was beautiful with white sand and very clean, my mother-in-law wants to come back every summer. There was 1 crib and 2 pack and plays which made things so easy for us. Dick was there to greet us and answer any questions regarding the house. The town had great food and Caesar’s on the Beach is to die for, yum! I can't say anything negative about our experience except that we wish we could have stayed for a lot longer, we loved it. The only thing I wish to know is what other houses do you rent out and where. We love to travel and my parents already want to plan a vacation for next summer. I would love to just rent from Dick from here on out, he was so easy to work with! ps ~ the pool was very clean and the pool

After returning safely to Sweden we would like to express our gratitude for the two weeks we spent in this house. Even if we do not have a lot of experience renting a vacation home we are certain that we will have to look far to find something similar. We felt it did not only match our expectations but in many areas also exceeded them. We found it well equipped with a lot of features well thought through, an abundance of plates, cups and cutlery, well functioning household appliances etc, etc. We (three generations) spent two very relaxing and enjoyable weeks “away from it all”. The house was perfect for a family gathering like the one we had planned for, big enough for not getting in the way of each other and yet small enough to get the intimacy that you sometimes need and want to have when gathering your family.
