Our luxury Florida home is a newly built two storey, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom villa at the walled community of Sunrise Lakes on hwy 27 just off US192. It has been designed and furnished to the highest standard to give guests the luxurious holiday they deserve. It has a 28' heated pool with a lake view. We provide free phone calls including long distance and international so you can tell everyone what a wonderful time you are having.<br><br>It is approximately 6 miles from Disney (10 mins) and close to all the other local attractions. Within walking distance there is a bank, post office, supermarket, fast food restaurant and pharmacy. There are many restaurants on the US 192, just a five minute drive away. So everything you need is very close to hand.<br><br>You will be met at the villa by our agents who will provide you with a welcome pack of food and your choice of beer or wine so there is no chasing around looking for keys after your long flight. They will give you a tour of the villa and explain things to you.<br><br>The upper storey consists of four bedrooms all with cable TV/DVD. There is a Master bedroom with king size bed, en-suite and a huge walk in closet, two bedrooms with queen size beds and a twin room complete with X-box. There is also a family bathroom.
Downstairs is the formal family room with a large comfortable sofa which converts to a queen size bed and an equally comfy love seat (two seater sofa). Off this room there is a washroom and toilet.
At the back of the villa is a family room with a sectional sofa and coffee table which adjusts making it suitable for use as a table for eating. Here you will find a stereo system, 32” cable TV and video/DVD player. We provide a selection of board games, books, DVD movies and CDs for your enjoyment.
The dining area has a table with six chairs and two chairs at the large kitchen island. There is a well-equipped kitchen with a large walk in larder. Off the kitchen is a laundry/utility room which leads to the 2 car garage. All linen and towels are provided including pool towels. With the sofa bed the villa will sleep 10 people comfortably.

Rates are weekly in UK pounds/ US dollars but the villa is available for shorter stays.
An aditional cleaning fee will be charged for bookings of less than 6 days.
NOTE: Bookings through the US website www.executivepoolhome.com will be via our American agents and the rates above do not apply. US residents would be best to book via this website especially if close to holiday date.
Discounts available for late/return bookings or longer stays so please contact us.<br>All prices shown include local taxes.
If required, pool heating is available at an additional £12/$24 per day, minimum 3 days (recommended November-April)
