The more active will enjoy the many excellent walks around the Orange Tree conversation community, home to a magnitude of Florida wildlife. Watch out for the family of cranes who take their daily saunter around the community, but remember do not feed any of the wildlife. In addition to the lush conservation area, you will find an abundance of fruit frees, in particular Orange Trees, which can be freshly picked when in season.

Spacious, modern and built to a high specification Sambu Villa can easily accommodate two small families with the property boasting one luxurious master suite with direct access to the pool and hot tub area. A further queen bedroom with direct access to the pool area and one twin room plus two sleeper sofas one in the lounge area and one in the den complete the sleeping arrangements.

The rental property offers 3 bathrooms and all bedrooms have cable TV, alarm clock and hairdryer provided.

The open plan great room/kitchen is light and airy. This area offers a tastefully furnished lounge area, cable 42 inch TV/VCR/DVD/CD, HiFi and direct access to the lanai, pool, hot tub area.

The fully equipped open plan gourmet kitchen offers every modern convenience to cater for 10 guests. A table and four chairs provide a perfect breakfast and occasional eating area.

For entertainment we provide a Games room with Pool Table, Air Hockey, Basket Ball and Table Football games, along with toys, books, PlayStation 2, videos and DVD’s for all age groups.

We offer FREE unlimited worldwide telephone calls and FREE high-speed Internet connection with computer, making communication with family members and business to continue with ease.

The 12 x 29 foot pool and hot tub provides a tranquil environment and perfect retreat from the fast lane of the Theme Parks. The covered lanai is ideal for relaxing in the shade. Between the lanai and the pool is a child-safety fence and all doors leading onto the pool area are alarmed to alert you that the door has been opened. Sun loungers, patio set and barbecue for relaxing and soaking up the Florida sun and dining al-fresco are provided. The entire area is covered with a fly screen.

The prices are per week and are fully inclusive. Pool and spa heat is optional and is charged at $154 per week if requested at the time of booking. For bookings of 6 days or less there is a cleaning surcharge of $90. For bookings of 21 days or more we offer a discount. For your convenience we offer a variety of payment methods. A security deposit of $170 is due along with the final balance 10 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company.
