The condominium is a DELUXE 6th floor Direct Ocean Corner unit with views of the ocean from the balcony and the master bedroom. This spacious condominium was recently remodeled and it has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and full kitchen with all the amenities. The master bedroom has a KING SIZE BED and the other bedroom has TWO FULL (DOUBLE) SIZE BEDS. The Master Bathroom has a JACUZZI BATH which is big enough for two and it has dual his and her sinks!!! There are TV's and DVD players in the living room and the master bedroom both with cable TV.

*There is a 3% surcharge for using credit cards. We can only accept credit cards through Paypal.
*From January 7th until August 15th a normal weeks run from Saturday to Saturday.
*Monthly rentals are only available from August 15th until February 15th. A Month is any 4 consecutive weeks.
*With prior approval and an additional $50 cleaning fee you can have one small dog which weighs less than 16 pounds.
*Until confirmed by the owner rates are subject to change without notice.
