Our EXTREMELY SPACIOUS, 2 STOREY Florida home is located in the quiet residential Davenport Lakes area, bordering Lake Davenport itself. Conveniently situated on HWY 27, just off the 192, for supermarkets, (1 open 24 hrs), shops and restaurants and only 10 MINUTES TO THE MAIN GATES OF THE DISNEY RESORTS. Our nearby Community area offers FREE use of Tennis Courts, Playground and HEATED Pool. Polo Park Golf Club is only a 2 minute drive from our home and the beautiful lakeside area makes a perfect spot for a picnic. .


POOL AREA

Our TOTALLY SECLUDED SOUTH-FACING, heatable pool has a 'Waterfall' feature, making the whole pool deck area a cool and relaxing setting. The added benefit of our UNDERWATER POOL LIGHTING, will make that warm evening dip even more enticing. Every meal can be enjoyed 'al fresco' using the dining table and chairs, and the covered lanai is for anyone who prefers the comfort of a shaded area.

The larger than average corner plot hosts a large YARD with PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT overlooking the Picturesque Lake area, so ample space for all the family to enjoy.

The relaxing and incredibly comfortable downstairs Lounge area, lovingly furnished and kept wonderfully cool by the tiled floor throughout. Overlooked by a 'Feature' galleried Family Room, this is the perfect place to relax and unwind.


FAMILY ROOM

This delightful, spacious area upstairs, hosts ample seating for everyone. With Cable TV, VCR,PS2 including a large selection of GAMES, plenty of VIDEOS for all the family to watch, and DVDs for all age groups, just another part of our home for all the family to enjoy. We also have a good range of board games and books.


BEDROOMS

The Ground Floor Master Bedroom Suite has an amazing Super King Size Bed, a large bathroom with Sumptuous Roman Bathtub and a Double Shower,plus a spacious walk-in closet.
The second, very spacious double bedroom(King Size) has plenty of closet space, and the third bedroom(twin) has a walk-in closet. All are smartly furnished and there are celing fans and CABLE TV'S in each room.

The Childrens Twin Bedroom is equipped with plenty of GAMES,TOYS and Puzzles that will make any child feel at home.

The full bathroom is adjacent to the upstairs bedrooms.


GAME ROOM

Equipped for endless fun, our GAME ROOM with FULL SIZE AIR HOCKEY TABLE, TABLE TENNIS, FOOSBALL GAME and 7 FT POOL TABLE will keep kids of all ages entertained! We also have Childrens Bikes for ages 4-16.


KITCHEN

Our Kitchen is fully equipped with Microwave and Dishwasher, and all the utensils you will need(plus CABLE TV).There is a seperate Utilities room with Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer, so you can cut down on your post holiday washing pile!

ALL bed linens and towels are provided(INCLUDING POOL TOWELS). We also supply a CRIB, HIGHCHAIR and stairgate FREE OF CHARGE.We believe you shouldn't have to pay extra for your little ones to have a bed to sleep in and a chair to sit in!


Our Management Company provide 24 hr assistance when required. The Pool area is secured by the use of a door alarm so you will have the peace of mind knowing your little ones cannot wander where they shouldn't!
