Set among the 554 lakes of Polk County, Highlands Reserve adjoins one of Florida's major national conservation woodlands, which is a fully protected and unspoilt nature reserve and the community nestles in beautiful rolling countryside, with an abundance of pine trees and orange groves adding to the ambience. The 18 Hole, Par 72 Golf Course incorporates a snack bar, driving range, practice area and putting green. Occupants of our villa have easy access to the golf course and membership of the exclusive, members-only resort, with its tropical pool, restaurant, shop, bars, fitness studio, children’s play area, tennis courts and conference centre, making it an ideal base for families, golfers and theme park visitors.

Cancellation Policy:
The deposit for the reservation is non refundable in the event of cancellation and full payment is required 8 weeks before occupation. If you pay up front to get the discount, we will refund the whole amount for any cancellation up to 8 weeks before occupation, we will refund the whole amount less the deposit for any cancellation up to 6 weeks before occupation and any later cancellation would forfeit the total amount.
