Our Lovely 3 Bed/2 bath Florida Disney Sun-Villa is situated on the prestigious and sought after Florida Pines Development located off the US Highway 27, midway between US 192 and the Interstate 4 (I-4). It is perfectly situated for quick and easy access to Orlando’s famous attractions as well as trips to the beaches but provides peace and tranquillity after an exciting and hectic day.
The villa is very tastefully furnished, fully air-conditioned, OFFERS FREE POOL HEATING, FREE PHONE CALLS, FREE HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS and sleeps 6 people. There is also an automatic washing machine and dryer in the 2 port garage which is accessed from the kitchen. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and its own cable TV, an en-suite bathroom with vanity basin, hair dryer and a walk-in closet. Bedroom two has twin beds, closet and cable TV and shares a bathroom with bedroom three which also has twin beds and a closet. The shared bathroom has a bath/shower, toilet, vanity basin, hair dryer and storage space. There are very good restaurants/diners, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, tourist centres, a massive 24-hour Walmart Superstore and top golf courses including the Greg Norman designed 36-hole Championsgate, all a few minutes drive from the villa.
