The pool is south facing and has maximum exposure to the sun, an ideal place to relax and work on that tan, if you so choose. Sandy Ridge is located minutes away from the theme parks and attractions. Nearby, there are numerous championship golf courses to choose from including Champion’s Gate and the exclusive Renunion Country Golf resort.
Sleeping accommodations includes 4 bedrooms, all furnished with Cable TV. Two of the bedrooms are master rooms en suite, one with an inviting king size bed, the other with an equally relaxing full sized queen bed. Both are furnished to the highest super executive standards, with clock/radio, 2 night-stands with lamps, full dresser/mirror and walk-in closet space, complimented with master bathrooms with his ‘n’ hers vanity unit, toilet and walk-in shower. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are both twin bedded rooms, with nightstands and lamps, dressers and closets space, with an adjacent family bathroom with his ‘n’ hers mirrored vanity unit, bath/shower and toilet. . Finally, the sofa in the family room can be converted to a queen-size sleeper as required.

The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you and family could need, equipped with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge with ice maker. So if you decide to eat in you should have everything you’ll need.

To further add to your convenience during your stay, a technological cutting edge Voice Over Internet Phone system (VOIP) has been installed at the villa offering a concierge service to guests, providing advice, information or simply the opportunity to speak to a friendly voice to answer your queries while during you stay at the villa. Alternatively, bring along your laptop and enjoy the free wireless internet to keep you in touch with family and friends while away from home.

Additional Charges
All rates are quoted in US Dollars, and are fully inclusive of all Florida state taxes, tourist tax and all utilities including water, electricity and air conditioning.

Minimum duration of stay : 7 nights
For stays of less than seven (7) nights there is a $95.00 one off cleaning charge.

Pool heating if required is charged at $154 per week / $22 per day.

When applicable, a 20 percent reservation deposit is required.
A refundable Secuirty & Breakage deposit of $ 400.00 is applicable on all reservations and must be paid no later than eight weeks before the intended date of arrival.

Payments with credit / debit cards incur a 2.9% PayPal transaction charge.
