Every floor of our beachfront condo has a private large deck facing the Gulf & stairs going right down to another deck directly on beach w/bbq, shower, chaise lounges and 50 ft to the water. Children are more than welcome--we bring our grandchildren there as much as we can!!
This unit is a "NO SMOKING" unit which will sleep six people. This is the 2nd and 3rd floors of a 3 story duplex. Unit 9B has a direct ocean view from the living room and from the bedroom balconies.
The main living level is on the 2nd floor. There, you will find the full kithen, dining room, and main living room with a sofa bed.
The remaining sleeping areas are on the third level. There are two bedrooms there, along with 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. Each level has a private balcony. There is also a shared beach-level deck with chase lounges for your enjoyment.
There is no elevator here, so all parties should be able to navigate stairs. To access the beach, there is a spiral staircase on the beach side of the building.

Watch the ocean waves from our beachfront condo. Feed the sea gulls. Lay in the sand and relax. The beach is directly in front of our condo. Destin has many more exciting attractions that will keep you busy.
Your also within a few minute's drive of outlet malls, many restaurants, and other retail shopping. Want to go to the Destin Harbor, then give yourself ten minutes driving time, and you're there. Sand Destin is also only minutes away. If you're looking for a fantastic location on a budget, then look no more.
