There is also Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room. There are TV's, DVD Players, and a CD-capable Stereo. The Full Kitchen is equipped with Appliances, Dishes, Silverware, and Cookware. There are Linens, Towels, and a private Washer / Dryer for your convenience.
The private balcony on this Destin vacation condo is equipped with chairs for a Relaxing Evening in the Breeze. The Scenery is complete with both a breathtaking View of the Gulf and the Sounds of the Waves breaking on the Beach.

There is one designated parking spot for this rental, and it is directly in front of the unit.
This unit is larger than a studio, but smaller than most condo's. It is approximately 525 sq. ft., not including the decks and balconys. This unit is a great compliment to the 2-bedroom unit upstairs (9B), adding an extra kitchen, bathroom, and washer/dryer.

During the off season the condo can be rented for a few nights. But during spring beach and peak summer season it is only weekly rentals.

Reservations will not be held without a deposit.
Credit Card Payments
$250 or 25% of the total invoice (whichever is greater) is due to hold your reservation.
Your credit card information on file will serve as your security deposit. If damages are incurred during your stay, they will be charged to your credit card upon checkout.
If Paying by Other Methods of Payment
$250 security deposit will be added to all rentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon checkout as long as there is no damage to the condo, no missing items, or lost keys.
25% of the total invoice, or the $250 security deposit (whichever is greater) is due to hold your reservation.
Reservations made within 30 days of stay (for Daily or Weekly Rentals) or 60 days of stay (for Monthly Rentals) will require full payment upon booking.
PAYMENTS
· We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.
· We also accept personal checks, cashier's checks, & money orders
· All balances are due 30 days prior to check in for weekly/nightly rentals.
· All balances are due 60 days prior to check in for monthly rentals.
· We prefer that the balance be paid by check or money order. Please be sure that we receive your check before the due date.
