Located just 5 miles from Disney, just south of US192 in the prestigious Grand Palms Resort, our condo has a large, fully tiled, open plan living area and dining room, with FREE wireless high speed internet access, cable TV, DVD, VCR and stereo system. (We also have a selection of DVD's, videos, CD's, books and board games for your enjoyment.)
There is a queen size sofabed plus loveseat.
The large dining table seats 6 comfortably plus the fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast table and chairs, and is fully equipped for even a long term stay.
The Master bedroom has a luxurious King-size bed, private bathroom with a full size bath and shower and cable TV.
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and cable TV.
The third bedroom has twin beds.
Closets are amply sized and the guest bathroom also features a full size bath and shower.
Our condo is on floor 2 of 2.
At the rear of our condo, the west facing screened balcony/lanai with a table and 4 chairs overlooks a conservation lake, and is perfect for watching those wonderful Florida sunsets.
All linens (towels and sheets) are provided, together with an iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner should you be missing those household chores!
Crib, stroller and high chair available FREE of charge.
Grand Palms Resort boasts a large, seasonally heated swimming pool, hot tub, fitness/exercise center, tennis court, barbecues and picnic area. We are delighted to provide beach towels for use at the pool FREE of charge.

Rental Rates Notes
Rental rates start at just US$95 per night, with discounts for bookings of 7 nights or more.
Cleaning fee of $65 to be added to the above prices.
On booking, we will require a $250 security deposit.
A deposit of 20% of the total rental cost is payable on booking.
Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to departure. For bookings less than 8 weeks prior to departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
The property will be available for occupation from 4pm on arrival day until 10am on departure date.
No smoking or pets allowed.
