Welcome to Orlando Villa 2007 at Tuscan Hills, a new, Mediterranean styled, gated community, close to Orlando and just 10 minutes from Walt Disney World Florida.

Our beautiful new villa is finished to a superior standard and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large open plan living area featuring a vaulted ceiling and A/C throughout. The villa has a private 26’ x 13’ pool and spa. All bedrooms have TV’s with cable. DVD’s and Games console are also available. This is the perfect place to relax after a long day at the theme parks.

The Mediterranean Style 2700 Sq. Ft. Clubhouse has a Fitness Room, a Large Lounge, Games room, High speed internet access and a Covered Lanai looking out over a Tennis Court, Sand Volleyball Court, Tot Lot and Palm Garden.

The Living area contains a Queen Sleeper/Sofa with matching chairs and loveseat. There is cable T.V. a DVD and HiFi system. In addition there is a ceiling fan and large patio doors looking out onto the pool area.

The Dining area has a large table and chairs and is complete with chandelier. There are further large patio doors looking out to the pool area.

The Fully Fitted Kitchen contains all modern appliances including electric range, built in microwave, dishwasher, Coffee maker and side by side refrigerator with ice-maker. There is a breakfast bar with bar stools. A washer and dryer are also available.

The Master bedroom has a king sized bed with large dresser and mirror. There is a large walk-in closet and a ceiling fan. In addition there is cable T.V. The en-suite bathroom contains double wash basins and shower.

The Second Bedroom has a Queen sized bed. There is a large closet, nightstand, chest of drawers and mirror. Cable T.V. is also available.

The Third Bedroom has twin beds. There is a large closet, chest of drawers and a mirror. Again there is cable T.V. in the room along with a games console.

The Pool area has a 26’ x 13’ fully screened pool and spa. There is a covered lanai with ceiling fan and the large deck has upgraded patio furniture. All applicable safety features are in place.

The new Mediterranean style community of Tuscan Hills is located on the increasingly popular Highway 27. It is just 1½ miles south from the Western end of Highway 192. Disneyworld is less than 10 miles away and there is easy access to the I4 and on to Tampa, Busch Gardens or the Gulf beaches.

There is a Publix supermarket 2 minutes away and a Walmart Super Center just 5 minutes away. The nearest bank, gas station and convenience store are within a 1 mile drive. In just a couple of minutes you can reach Highway 192 with literally hundreds of restaurants, shops and all types of entertainment. There are dozens of top quality golf courses all less than a 30 minute drive away, the nearest being Highland Reserve, less than 2 miles down the road.
