We offer a flat rate of $110 per night, plus the mandatory tax of 13%, and $65 Clean Fee. Our min. stay is 3 days. Pool heating is available at an additional charge of $25 per day, if required.

Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled over 30 days in advance, we will refund your booking deposit of $250 minus a $50 service fee. If cancelled in less than 30 days, you will forfeit your deposit.
Deposit Required:
We require a $250 booking deposit to hold your dates, with the balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. If arriving in less than 30 days the full amount is due at booking. Upon full payment we will email you the directions, and information to the home.
