House Rates:
$105 per night low season (Jan, Apr, May, Sept, Dec) $115 per night mid season (Feb, Mar, June, Oct, Nov)$130 per night high season (Easter, Thanksgiving, Xmas, New Year, July, Aug)plus local taxes. If pool heat is required in the winter months then an additional charge of $25 per night is charged. Minimum stay is 3 nights and anything less than 7 nights incurs a cleaning fee. Longer term rental is available, please enquire for details.
