Our Kissimmee Vacation Home is located 2 miles from The Disney World Gates. Our home is professionally furnished & is 3000 sq.ft. We have our own private pool and heated spa.
We have 2 king en suites, 1 king, 1 queen en suite, and two sets of twins with disney themes. The family room has a queen leather sleeper
as well. There is a big screen 56' TV, VCR,DVD,Playstation II with a library of games & movies. Each bedroom has its own TV. We provide a DSL service throughout the home. There is an air conditioned game room with slate pool table & air hockey.
We have a lagoon style pool at the Windor Hills clubhouse with a 2 story water slide. At the pool there is a hot spa and toddler pool. There is a tiki bar and gazebo.
The Windsor Hills clubhouse has pool tables,ping pong tables, state of the art fitness center, sundry shop, video arcade & a 48 seat theater. There is a playground with a Castle theme at Windsor Hills
Located near the clubhouse there are volleyball and tennis courts and golf putting green.
After visiting the theme parks,golfing and shopping take a break and
relax. Windsor Hills offers the best of amenities to our guests.
This

Security/Damage deposit: Full refund if cancelled 90 days prior to arival.
Rent: Rent paid 60 days prior to arrival. There will be a 50% refund if cancelled 30-60 days prior to arrival.
Between arrival & 30 days prior to arrival there will be a full loss of rent paid.
Deposit Required:
$300.00 at time of signing rental agreement.
