Attractive, lush Vacation Home is ideal for a complete private getaway in the warm South Florida sun. A six foot fence surrounds the grounds. There are three bedrooms. The Vacation Home also has a queen size sofa bed in the living room. Sleeps 6-8. Fully air conditioned with the added luxury of ceiling fans in most rooms.
At the rear of the property is the relaxing pool area. The pool is heated for your comfort year round. People have spent hours gazing at the sheer descent, sparkling waterfall, the Mango tree, and the swaying palms. In addition to the lounging chairs and a Bbq grill, there is a table with an umbrella for outdoor dining. This home is a single-family dwelling in a wonderful,QUIET,safe, residential neighborhood.It is designed to accommodate a maximum of 8 people, incl children.With respect for our neighbors, Ft Lauderdale Vacation House is NOT available for parties or group gatherings of any kind.It is intended for mature adults & families.Larger gatherings of guests visiting the tenants must 1st be approved. We do not rent to 18 yr olds, college groups, or bachelor parties.

Cancellation Policy for Vacation Home with Private Pool:
A minimum 30-day notice of cancellation is required in writing or e-mail for a refund of a deposit. A 90-day notice of cancellation is required in writing or e-mail for a refund for extended stays of a month or more. There is always a $25 credit card processing fee, no matter when the cancellation is declared. If the same party makes another reservation within sixty days of their cancellation, their forfeited deposit will be applied to the new reservation. There are no refunds for early departures and no-shows.<br>
Deposit Required for Vacation Home with Private Pool:
A 50% deposit is due through MasterCard or Visa at the time of reservation. The remaining 50% is due through credit card or cash at check-in.
There is a $95 refundable deposit per pet. Proof of current license and vaccinations is required prior to arrival. Guests will be responsible to pay additional costs after check-out if there is major damage caused by their pet(s).
