Check on Fall specioals.This 2 or 3 bedroom, 2 bath or 3 full bath vacation home is located on the peaceful northern end of Islamorada, in the quiet residential neighborhood of Venetian Shores. It's equipped with many extras including a private heated kidney shape pool that is partially shaded. You can enjoy leisurely floating with a cool drink, or enjoy sitting at the tiki bar in a tropical setting. View the tropical fish which swim to the dock while you are feeding them. One bedroom has 2 single beds with adjacent bathroom, the other is a poster queen bed en suite. There is a computer in this room with DSL (high speed Internet) We have added a third bedroom/bathroom master suite with a large sitting room at the pool level, at a cost of $1000 extra. Please note it is not rented separately.

Located on the peaceful, northern end of Islamorada, in the quite residential neighborhood of Venetian Shores. Immediate access to ocean and Bay side. Islamorada is is just 75 miles from Miami and 80 miles from Key West. The average temperature is 80 degrees and 78 degrees for the water. Islamorada sits between the clear waters of the Florida Bay and the Gulf of Mexico, it is bestowed with a Coral Reef three to five miles offshore that is filled with spectacular life. Islamorada is known as the "Sport Fishing Capital of the World" it has the largest fishing fleet per square mile anywhere in the world. Fish for "big game" offshore, or use your finesse for back country fishing or just bridge fish. Almost any month of the year you can find a fishing tournament.

Islamorada has a number of wonderful beaches. Some of the most spectacular can only be reached by boat. Leaving our canal with its immediate access to Ocean and Bay side, you can reach sand bars, and have your own isolated beach, where only few get access too. These beaches are only five minutes or less from our dock. There are many sand bars that pop up at certain times of the day, and the boaters that have the knowledge of when they pop, usually make a run for them to enjoy the solitude and beauty of our large ocean.
Dining is at it's best in the Keys with Restaurants tantalizing every hunger.

Cancellation Policy for Venetian Shores Canal Vacation Home:
Hurricane Policy: Should there be a mandatory evacuation for a hurricane while renters are in our vacation home that the portion of the rental days that was not used would be reimbursed. Should there be any devastation at our rental property before renters arrival from a hurricane, their funds would be returned.
Cancelling withen 60 day of rental dates, deposit would be forfeited.
Deposit Required for Venetian Shores Canal Vacation Home:
$500.00 Security Deposit. $135.00 cleaning fee and an added $25 for the 3rd bedroom. An 12 1/2 % Bed Tax on rental rate. Deposit is required 7 days after rental agreement has been sent to decure rental.
