The unit is on the fourth floor of an elevator building, making for spectacular views from the screened in porch, living room and master bedroom. The name of the complex is Moon Bay and it is more like a resort than a condo. There are free tennis courts, saunas, a private boat slip, and a dock for fishing and salt water swimming, to mention just a few of the amenities.
The unit has two bedrooms and a bath and a half. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including a microwave. There are three cable televisions, a stereo, and, a VCR. There is a free washer and dryer in the unit. Naturally it is air-conditioned. There is a recreation room with ping-pong and an outdoor grill, just feet from the water.Moon Bay has two pools, with plenty of deck for soaking up the sun. Romantic restaurants, right on the water, are with in easy walking distance. There is a bike and jogging path directly across the street.

My rates for four people range start at $895.00 per week. If the week contains a major holiday the rate is $100.00 higher. There is a $200.00 security deposit on first rentals. There are discounts for longer stays.
