Windsor Hills resort and club house offers a tremendous choice of complimentary amenities available to all guests staying at our home. For the more energetic among you try out the state-of-the-art fitness room. The popular club house at Windsor Hills provides the perfect place to sit around wonderful lagoon pool, hot tub, spa pool, fountain, water jets, and water slides for the kids, lots of cushioned loungers, and many more features to enjoy as you soak in the Florida sunshine.
Need a break from the kids? Take them to the video games room, or play a game of pool or ping-pong in the club house. There’s even an on-site 70-seat private cinema for guests that has regular showings of popular and recent movie releases.
Outside of the clubhouse, you will find a kids tot-lot. There's even a small shop in the club house if you run short of sun block or need a drink or basic provisions. For the younger kids you will find a fabulous ‘’Castle’’ play area that they will just not want to leave.
If the fitness room is not enough to tire you out then be sure to try out the on-site tennis courts, volleyball, or basketball court.

Cancellation Policy for Vacation Pool Home:
You are required to pay a Non-Refundable Deposit of $300 per vacation week, with the outstanding balance due 6 weeks before the arrival date. If you book our home less than 6 weeks before arrival date the full balance will be due immediately.
Cancellation must be in writing by the party leader. In the event of cancellation, the following charges apply: 6 weeks or more prior to rental period - loss of deposit only, between 6 and 4 weeks - 50% Rental Charge. Less than 4 weeks 100% rental price. We strongly advise travel insurance which will cover most cancellation reasons.
