"Marco Walk" Retreat with South Facing Pool in Marco Island Florida USA

Spacious and well appointed, this 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom newer home with a south facing electrically heated pool is located on a quiet road on the south west side of the Island within a five minute walk of the lively "Marco Walk" where there are several restaurants, the cinema and a small number of exclusive shops. It is also within a realistic 20 minutes walk to the south beach entrance (3 minutes by car and 5-6 minute by bicycle). (Note: See photographs of both the "Marco Walk" and the south beach at the bottom of the page).This open plan luxury, very well equipped home is fully tiled in all the main living areas with all the usual amenities provided. This includes a separate laundry room and a very well equipped kitchen with built in microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal and large American style fridge freezer.

The home has extra high vaulted ceiling with an open floor plan and a great room with a sitting area, formal dining area, kitchen and breakfast areas. In addition it has a separate den with its own TV.

There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom with doors leading out to the pool area, has a king size bed, a flat screen TV with integral DVD player and its own master bathroom with corner bath, walk in shower and large 6' x 8' walk in closet. The second bedroom has a King bed and the third two twin beds. They both have TV's and share a bathroom with a walk in shower.

There is a private mesh screened area at the rear with a 28' foot heated pool. Facing south for all day sun, it has an outside hot and cold shower, ample sitting space with plenty of pool furniture and a gas grill (barbeque). Although full size, the pool is a maximum of five feet deep giving the floor a more gentle slope.

There are five televisions (the Great room now has a 32" flat screen TV), a CD player, two DVD players (one in the great room , the other in the master bedroom) and a video recorder. DVD's, videos, board games and a large selection of books are also provided for guests use. For those with young children a crib (baby cot) and high chair are available .There are five bicycles (2 adult's, 1 x 22" teenagers plus 2 child's 20") so guests can explore the Island at leisure.
