Welcome to Cottage Court.
Located on a little Island with the Island of Marco, this charming olde Florida style “bungalow” is nestled at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac with amazing water views. A short walk (less than 0.3 miles),or cycle to Tiger Tail Beach. With 3,500 square feet of well appointed, and comfortable living space, making this one of Marco Island’s finest retreats.
This spacious two story home offering guests a 360 degree wrap around porch on the upper level, and a wonderful porch on the first floor main level, a great venue for outdoor dining. Either retreat takes full advantage of the views!
The main part of the house has a large, well-equipped kitchen.
A welcoming family room with floor to ceiling Florida washed pine bookcases and fireplace. The formal dining room is just but across the foyer overlooking the front gardens. Tucked in a cozy corner is a working space with a computer, multi task printer, and high-speed internet access. If you’d like, bring your laptop, as we offer wireless internet access.
There are two large guest bedrooms on the main floor. One has a queen size bed, the other a twin set. These bedrooms share a large bath with double sinks and a 4’X7’ walk-in shower with Euro and massage wands.
A traditional curved staircase takes you to the second floor where you will find the master suite and third guest bedroom. The master suite is king bedded and being on the second floor has amazing views to the bay. The private master bath features a double headed 5’X8’ two person shower and separate soaking jet tub. This unique suite also shares a common wall featuring a two faced fireplace. Just across the upper foyer, is the third guest bedroom, queen bedded, and full private bath. Both the master suite and upper guest bedroom have private access to the upper warp around porch, deck and gazebo
Enjoy the heated pool and separate spa. Relax by the bay in a hammock. The rec room has a pool table, surround-sound TV entertainment system and its balcony overlooks the pool and spa looking to the bay.
Our evenings...peaceful western exposure. Sunsets, their own art form, can be enjoyed from two dining venues, out on the veranda, or in the family dining alcove.
A deep water dock with boat winch will accommodate a boat capable of passing under a ten foot bridge clearance, allowing access to the open Gulf for some of the best fishing you'll ever experience, or the inner coastal canals where waterfront restaurants and attractions can be found from Marco, to Isle of Capri and on into Naples.
All you need to do is pack clothes and toiletries. Everything else to make your holiday stress free is there just waiting for your arrival, and a true family holiday. Playtime...We provide a beach cart with chairs, umbrella, boogie boards beach and pool toys. Tiger Tail Beach is under 0.3 miles from the house and offers many activities. These include 2 playgrounds, swings, bathrooms, snack bar, and volleyball. The Park Vendor for a small fee can supply you with a selection of small water crafts so you can enjoy and explore the wild life and inner coastal waterways. There's plenty of great shopping and dining either on Marco, or in Naples, just 25 minutes away.

The Park Vendor, for a small fee, can supply you with a selection of small water crafts so you can enjoy and explore the wild life and inner coastal waterways. There's plenty of great shopping and dining either on Marco, or in Naples, just 25 minutes away. If fishing is your thing, there are many charter companies that can guide you to a great day of fishing! Take time and explore. Marco Island is its own natural wild and sea life park. And it's free! Take a wander keeping an eye for our beloved "Hoot" or Burrowing Owls, Land Turtles, the gentle giant, the Manatee, and every now and again you might just capture a photo op as dolphins play.
