Cancellation Policy for Seaside Condo:
This is our only unit we rent and if we don't rent it out we lose out on the amount as we are not able to fill the unit for someone else that quickly. However, if you do cancel or want to reschedule we allow you to use your payment as credit towards renting the unit in the future within a 3 month period. Keeping in mind that depending on season or holidays the rate maybe higher or it may be lower at that time. Also if you leave without letting us look at the unit or without giving us the keys back we will not refund the $300 damage deposit.
