Our Superior 4 bedroomed villa is our own home and we endeavour to ensure that all the comforts are supplied for our guests. In addtion to the excellent quality inside we have a large private pool area not overlooked by neighbours. The fan cooled lanai can be used to relax after fun at the parks or in the pool and is the perfect place for outdoor eating. Each bedroom is luxuriously appointed for optimum guest comfort. 2 have their own en-suite while the twin rooms share a full 3rd bathroom.
The master suite has a king size bed and excellent storage. There is a 26" LCD TV with integral DVD for guest enjoyment.The ensuite has a Roman bath and wet room style walk in shower. there are separate his and hers vanity units. The 2nd Master has a Queen bed and access directly to the pool from the ensuite shower room. This room is designed in relaxing tones and has a 19" tv with integral dvd. The twin rooms each have their own tv and excellent storage. They share the full sized 3rd bathroom. All linen including separate pool towels are supplied. There is plastic crockery for ensuring the safety of all poolside when eating or drinking outdoors. On the pooldeck there is a state of the art BBQ for guest use.

Deposit Required for Private home with pool:
A deposit of $150 per week is due within 7 days of your initial reservation, to be sent with your completed Booking Form.
There is also a REFUNDABLE security Deposit required with balance against possible damage. Retruned to guest within 30 days of vacating based on satisfactory management company report.
