The Beaches of South Walton are between Panama City Beach and Destin. We are 1/4 of a mile west of Rosemary Beach and 7 miles east of Seaside. If you are looking for a Gulf Front vacation just seconds from the beach and private pool, then this is ideal. <br> "Gulffront" with a roomy 2000 sq ft has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and its bathroom has both a jacuzzi and walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and bathroom with shower and tub. The third bedroom contains twin beds with trundles, with an adjacent bathroom - ideal for younger family members. Of course all bedrooms have their own TV's/VCR's and high speed Wi-Fi is available. The fully equipped kitchen contains a breakfast bar with stools, oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker and more than enough dishes, glasses and pans. One side of the spacious living area houses a full size dining table and 8 chairs while the other side features a comfortable seating area with gas fireplace, 42" flat screen TV with DVD/VCR and stereo system. The sleep sofa easily accomodates 2 adults. French doors open directly onto the patio where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee......and from there its just a few steps to the pool or beach!

Cancellation Policy:
In the event that you cancel between paying the reservation deposit and sending the remaining rental balance we offer the option of applying the reservation deposit to any future re-booking of the home within the next year. If you choose not to re-schedule the rental, you forfeit the rental deposit. CANCELLATIONS MADE AFTER SENDING THE TOTAL RENTAL FEE WILL RECEIVE A 50% REFUND ONLY IF WE CAN RENT THE HOME DURING YOUR BOOKED PERIOD. EARLY DEPARTURES FOR ANY REASON (INCLUDING WEATHER) DO NOT WARRANT ANY REFUND OF RENT OR DEPOSIT.

$500 Damage deposit - fully refundable assuming just normal wear and tear.
