Cancellation Policy:
Full refund of the deposit for cancellations 21 days prior to arrival. 50% refund will be provided for cancellations 14-20 days before arrival. No refund of deposit for cancellations less than 2 weeks before arrival. Full refund of deposit will be given if the owner is able to reserve another guest in the unit for the time of your cancellation. No refund of rent for early checkouts. Early checkouts due to inclement weather do not warrant any rental refund. Refund will be provided for lost rental days due to a mandatory evacuation. Cleaning fee will not be refunded.
Deposit Required:
A refundable security deposit check of $150.00 needs to be received within seven days of the reservations. The deposit will be returned one week after departure providing there has been no damage to the unit or the contents in the unit and an eviction has not taken place. Please immediately report any damage you may find upon your arrival to the unit. In the event of an eviction, rent and deposit will not be refunded.
