Blue Laguna is a gulf view, lake front home in a quiet Laguna Beach neighborhood on the west end of Panama City Beach and only 100 steps down a quiet lane to the beach. It's the ideal beach house for large or multiple families with different interests.
This spacious beach house has 4 large bedrooms, 3 full baths, double garage (plenty of room for a boat), fenced private yard (for that pet that is an integral part of the family) and private dock on a rare pristine coastal dune lake. It sleeps 12 in 1 king in the master bedroom, queens in bedroom 2 and 3, 1 single over double bunk and a single in bedroom 4, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. A 13 foot flat bottom boat with electric motor and a canoe is provided for those into fishing or just cruising the lake. <br>

Cancellation Policy for Laguna Beach Lake Home:
Cancellations must be made 90 days prior to arrival for refund of deposit less the administration fee. If you book within 90 days of your arrival date, you will have two weeks from the time you make the reservation to cancel with a full refund of your deposit less the administration fee. If you cancel after final payment has been made and if we are able to re-rent the property, your rental fees and deposit will be refunded less the administration fee of $25.
