South Harbour Condos are located in the heart of Pensacola Beach, Florida which offers unlimited possibilities for boating, jet skis, fishing, parasailing, and diving as the Oriskany has been sunk to provide the largest artificial reef in the world. This large vacation rental property has 2 bedroom 2 bath providing the ultimate base for fun in the sun on the pristine beaches of Pensacola Beach just steps from about 15 restaurants at the Portofino Boardwalk, Casino Beach and of course the Gulf of Mexico. No need to drive - the restaurants, jetskis, parasailing, even grocery store are steps away and right next to daytime and nightly entertainment. During the summer, every Tuesday evening there is a free concert at the beach on the public bandstand, part of the Blues by the Beach series at Pensacola Beach, and plenty of music on the weekends at Bamboo Willies, the Dock and the Sandshaker as well. So there are lots of activities to enjoy while you stay in this South Harbour condo. Also, this is the only South Harbour condo for rent that is an end unit on the Gulf side - A unit of the building, providing the maximum panoramic beach view of Casino Beach and end units are somwhat larger than inside units in the building.

Please note that the condo is located in the heart of Casino Beach where Pensacola Beach events such as the annual Blue Angels show in July, fireworks and major holiday festivities take place, so due to its location, it is advisable to book well in advance, especially during holiday weekends. Always check with us for last availability due to cancellations. Also note that the condo is a family friendly community, must be 25 and older to rent unless accompanied by parents.
On the third floor overlooking the heated pool and Sabine Marina, it has 2 separate private bedrooms and bathrooms, fully furnished kitchen, 2 t.v's, dvd player, washer and dryer, and an exercise room on the ground floor. The condo features a large private balcony, 2 full bathrooms, and two full bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one with a full size bed and a second twin bed. In addition, the couch in the living room is a sofa bed so that is the fourth bed so the condo can sleep a maximum of 7 people. Ample parking facilities allow for jet skis/boat trailers. From the balcony of the condo, often you will see dolphins in Sabine Bay and you can keep an eye on your children at the pool at the same time.
