Tranquility Villa is a 3700 square foot villa with expansive waterfront all 240 feet. Incredible property with no homes to the left or right of you when you are having a warm swim in the heated pool . Great Room, Living room and reading room Watch the dolphins chase the boats as the pass the pool just 25 feet from the seawall. Kick off your shoes and read a book on the hammock or fish from the 70ft dock or stroll or bike to Ponce De Leon Beach.
Pool and jacuzzi are solar and electric heated and a warm swim is alway guaranteed. Tranquility Villa is located on a very large open basin canal so the occasional dolphin and manatee parade is not uncommon to see and you can enjoy watching the boats pass by while you are lazing in the pool.
We are walking distance to Fisherman's Village where there are wonderful restaurants and cruises to Cabbage Key and the like.
