Our vacation rentals (3) are 1200 Sq. Ft. 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condominiums, Sleeps 6. Screened lanai's overlooking the pool and Gulf of Mexico. The complex has 27 units in 5 buildings on 13 acres. Located on a quiet secluded dead-end street, next to a wildlife preserve. Two suites are beach front on the first floor with covered parking underneath. The third is beach front on the second floor. The tennis court is 100 feet from the units with Shuffle Board Pads next to the tennis court.
Our units have been completely renovated within the past year including new kitchens, new bathrooms with wall mounted hair dryers, new carpeting, new furniture, and new tile throughout. Each unit is approximately 1200 sq. ft. and is equipped with four adult bicycles and helmets, beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella.

Cancellation Policy for Beachfront Condo with Pool and Tennis Courts:
Cancellation Policy - Full refund, less administration fee of $100 if cancellation is received in writing 90 days before arrival date. If received in less than 90 days then no refund will be given unless we are able to rent the unit for your entire reserved time. We are not responsible for the weather. In the event of a MANDATORY EVACUATION we will refund for unused nights at a pro-rata rate.
Deposit Required for Beachfront Condo with Pool and Tennis Courts:
Security Deposit - $ 200, which is returned in about four to six weeks after your departure or as soon as we receive the telephone bill. Long distance charges will be deducted from the security deposit.
