Comfortable Oceanfront Cottage with antiques! Great view of the ocean from all rooms. Private walk-way and large deck leading onto beach. Very relaxing, comfortable and quiet.
The Cottage is 1400 sq. feet. There are two porches that are great areas to relax - front porch has a swing, the back porch is huge with outdoor tables and chairs to dine-in and relax. Views extend from one end of Crescent Beach to the other.
1st and 2nd Bedroom have a Queen size Bed
3rd Bedroom has 2 Single Beds
2 Full Bathrooms: One bedroom has its own bathroom, other two bedrooms share a bathroom.
PLEASE NOTE: Daytime Visitors are permitted, but No more than 6 people may stay overnight.
Living room, kitchen, and bathrooms are tiled. Hard Wood Flooring in Bedrooms. Plenty of parking with private driveway. (at least 5 cars would fit on driveway)
Right down the street, you can access the Intracoastal, which is great for fishing and boating. Nice beach for walking, cycling, swimming, and water sports - this cottage has its own private walkway to access the beach!

High Season June, July, August, $950 per week plus $100 cleaning for 2 people or $150 cleaning for 3 or more.
Any other time except holidays. $800 plus cleaning.
Prices do not include 10% taxes

No refund of deposit unless cancellation prior to 30 days in advance

Cancellation Policy for Beach Cottage:
All cancellations must be made at least 60 days prior for a Full Refund.
Any cancellations made between 60 and 30 days will be up to the renters descretion for refund. Any cancellations made in 30 days or sooner to the reservation will not be refunded.
Deposit Required for Beach Cottage:
All weekly rentals require a $100.00 deposit
All monthly rentals require a $200.00 deposit
