This St Augustine Florida beach condo has been recently updated with new paint, carpet, appliances and furniture and stylishly decorated 2 bedroom/2bath ground floor condo. Our unit is around the corner from the heated pool and adjacent to the lighted tennis courts. We are near the clubhouse which has internet access and a fitness area. Our unit is a short stroll across the property to the beach.
Ocean Village Club is located on 27 acres of oceanside property with 2 pools, 2 lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, grills, basketball court, and clubhouse with exercise equipment and internet access. Condo complex is a well maintained, gated community in a convenient area of St. Augustine Beach.
Our condo unit has a fully equipped kitchen for preparing a home cooked meal while you are on vacation. We have a new HDTV in the living room,a DVD player and stereo. There is a small TV and DVD player in the guest bedroom for watching some of your movies, or you can watch some from our collection. We have a full size rollaway bed in the master bedroom closet that can be used and also a air mattress for extra kids to sleep on. We have linens and towels for your use, as well as beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and kids toys for an enjoyable vacation!
Guests that stay at our unit comment in our guest book that our unit is very comfortable, very welcoming, kid-friendly, and "has all the comforts of home".
Ocean Village Club is 3-4 blocks from Winn Dixie, Publix and Starbucks! We are one block from the Oasis Restaurant which has great sandwiches and breakfast. Across the street from OVC is The Seafood Kitchen, Hurricaines, and the Purple Olive.
