3 and one half acre private island with a small fishing lake, pool, sauna,apartment that sleps 4, bunk house that sleeps 2, mobile home pad for 45 footer , docks for 2- 50 foot yachts, and pontoon boat lift for large pontoon boat. and a causeway so you can drive onto the little island with a car.
Total island groomed to perfection. Private gate and entrance, city water, 2 jacuzzis in bedrooms, large pool and sauna for 6 people Florida outside room with barbacue. Main House has two Master suites. There is also an apartment for guests that can sleep 2 adults and 4 children. A small cottage has room for two with a king size bed and a private bathroom. House is a five [5] million dollar house with all the extras. House has just had $1 million dollar remodeling done this last year.
Hurricane proof house has just been thru a million dollar renovation.
