There is a Captain's loft accessed by a spiral stairway and a large deck for sunbathing, sunsets and stargazing.
The home is completely surrounded by privacy fencing for your quiet, uninterrupted vacation.
There is a ferry 1.25 miles from the house that will take you to a private beach on Manasota Key. It's sponsored by the neighborhood association.
