Enota is in a lush valley among the highest mountains in North Georgia, in the shadow of Brasstown Bald whose elevation is 4780'! All the delicate beauty of nature has been preserved, with four breathtaking waterfalls, five bubbling streams and two trout ponds. We are surrounded on all sides by the mountains of the Chattahoochee National Forest. Enota is the perfect mountain escape for you to spend your weeks, weekends and vacations with your friends and family.
Arapaho Cabin. Two bedroom cabin, 1 bedroom (with double bed and bathroom/shower), 1 bedroom (with double bed, 2 single bunk beds and bathroom/shower). The living/dining area has a sleeper-sofa along with a gas heater. Due to the numerous trees surrounding the property, all of the cabins stay cool all summer long without the need for air conditioning. A fully equipped kitchen comes with a small refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker and all of your china, glasses, pots and pans, and a full set of cooking utensils. You can cook up a storm or just sit back overlooking the trout pond and the waterfall and let us do the cooking for you. From your cabin you can hike up to the one of the 4 waterfalls on the property or stop by the animal feeding areas, and watch wild animals grazing, and feeding in their natural habitat. Sleeps 8

Enota is in a lush valley among the highest mountains in North Georgia, in the shadow of Brasstown Bald whose elevation is 4780'! All the delicate beauty of nature has been preserved, with four breathtaking waterfalls, five bubbling streams and two trout ponds. We are surrounded on all sides by the mountains of the Chattahoochee National Forest. One of our streams flows from a beautiful two-stage waterfall that is nearly 400 feet tall while another cascades 125 feet from an old stone dam that retains a small, clear pond; a perfect place to relax, reflect, and enjoy nature. Paths from long ago wander about the Resort and into the forest. Follow one of the old logging trails (approx. 1.5 miles ) right up Clay Gap, to the Appalachian Trail which is just above Enota Mountain Retreat Center and Sanctuary.
On a cold evening, drop by the beautiful old restored Lodge, enjoy a cup of hot cider, and share the warmth from the huge stone fireplace and relaxed atmosphere created by living so close to nature. On a hot day, drop by to enjoy the cool refreshing flow of gentle waters and soothing ponds. Get to know friends you've never met or spend quiet moments with loved ones!!

Up to eleven days before scheduled arrival, the 50% deposit is transferrable to another date.
Three to ten days before scheduled arrival, loss of the 50% deposit, with balance transferrable to another date.

Deposit Required for Mountain Cabin:
A 50% Non-Refundable (but Transferrable to another date) deposit is required to book your reservation with the balance due and charged to your credit card ten days before arrival to guarantee your site or cabin.
