DOLPHIN HOUSE RATES: $160/night for 2 guests, $185/night for 3-4 guests, $210/night for 5-6 guests, $220/night for 7 guests. Weekly rates are: $995 for 2 guests, $1195 for 3-4 guests, $1395 for 5-6 guests, $1495 for 7 guests. Add 11.416% HI state tax, plus $75 cleaning for two guests, $95 cleaning for 3 or more guests, $200 refundable security deposit.<br>SUNRISE COTTAGE RATES: $99/night, $695/week, add'l 11.416% HI state tax, $65 cleaning fee, $100 refundable security deposit.

Cancellation Policy:
. If a cancellation occurs between 90 and 45 days of the arrival date, a refund of 50% of the total paid will be returned to the guests. NO refund after 45 days prior to arrival. However, if a cancellation did occur for emergency reasons, we would immediately attempt to rebook accommodations for the same time frame. If a new reservation can be secured, then 90% of the total paid would be refunded to the guests with a 10% cancellation charge. We will always try to reschedule a booking whenever possible.
Property Rental Deposit Required:
We require 50% of the TOTAL at the time of the reservation and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
