Hale Ke'ei Lani looks out over Kealakekua ("Pathway of the Gods") Bay, a marine preserve renowned for its exotic tropical fish, splendid corals, turtles and other aquatic wildlife. Only a short drive away the bay offers some of Hawaii's best snorkeling, kayaking and whale watching, plus the opportunity to swim and interact with the resident pod of spinner dolphins. Also nearby is the City of Refuge National Park - the most revered of old Hawaii's religious sites, while Volcano National Park lies only one hour’s drive south.<br>The house is located in the district of South Kona, revered by the ancient Hawaiians as the source of their spiritual and physical sustenance. It was here that they enjoyed the best fishing, farming and hunting, and perhaps the best climate in all of Hawaii. While in close proximity to restaurants, markets and other amenities, and only 14 miles from the town of Kailua-Kona, South Kona has the feel of a tropical rural paradise. <br><br>

Cancellation Policy for Kealakekua Bay Holiday Home:
Full refund for cancellations more than 60 days prior to arrival date; cancellations from 45 to 60 days prior to arrival subject to a 100.00 cancellation fee, and from 30 to 45 days to a 250.00 re-booking charge. Refunds on cancellations within 30 days of arrival date will be subject to ability to re-book to another party.
Deposit Required for Kealakekua Bay Holiday Home:
A $500.00 reservation/security deposit is required at the time of booking, and will be refunded in full no later than 14 days after departure barring any chargeable damage to the house or property.
