All of our condos have a private lanai off of the living room, overlooking the sparkling Pacific Ocean and the gentle waves of Kailua Bay. Our unit is one of only a handful with a larger wrap around lanai that hangs over the ocean. Hale Kona Kai Condominiums is a quiet and secluded little hideaway of 39 units on a little side street. It is the only true and absolute ocean front condo complex within easy walking distance of Kailua Kona town, about a block and a half away.
