Cancellation Policy:
If Guest’s Vacation Rental Agreement is canceled 61 days prior to the arrival date, owner will refund all of Guest’s funds less a $_195.00_ cancellation fee. If cancellation is less than 61 days prior to arrival date, an additional $585.00 will be forfeited.
The non-refundable out-clean charge is for routine checkout services only. Should the unit require an unusual amount of cleaning upon your departure, the additional cost for these services will be deducted from your security deposit.
Property Rental Deposit Required:
There is a refundable security deposit of $195. The check is generally cut one week after departure, given that nothing is missing, broken, etc.
