Cancellation Policy for Condo with Internet , Wide Screen TV.:
If you cancel within 7 days after receiving cleared/posted payment, your deposit will be returned
If you cancel less than 60 days before check-in, we will credit 100% to future booking.
If you cancel less than 30 days before check-in, you will forfeit rental amount, unless we can rebook part or all of your reservation, less 10% cancellation fee.
If you cancel less than 14 days before check-in, you will forfeit rental amount, cleaning fee plus 10% cancellation fee.
No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason.
No cancellations due to weather.
Deposit Required for Condo with Internet , Wide Screen TV.:
50% of total amount is due immediately. Remaining balance will be due 60 days on low season & 90 days on high season prior to arrival.
