The condos are located in Kihei & Kaanapali on or adjacent to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. These are all newly remodeled studio, 1 & 2 bedroom units that comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.
The resorts offer large pools, hot tubs, tennis, activities centers, gas BBQ's, picnic areas, and meticulously maintained tropical gardens. Gorgeous sandy beaches, Hawaiian sunsets, shopping and restaurants are only a few steps from your front door or lanai.
Fully equipped kitchens, air conditioning, designer ceiling fans, high speed internet, cable TV's, DVD, VCR & CD stereo. All linens and towels are included. Washer, dryer, Boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, & beach towels are provided for your enjoyment. Parking is free.<br>

Cancellation Policy:
CANCELLATION POLICY:
$50 processing fee for all cancellations > 90 days from check-in. $100 fee for cancellations between 60 & 90 days. $250.00 cancellation fee for Holiday Season cancellations between 60 & 90 days. No refund for cancellations within 60 days of arrival, unless we secure a comparable reservation to replace yours. Your refund will be prorated less a $100 processing fee.
Property Rental Deposit Required:
$250 refundable security deposit is required for all reservations.
