One night deposit is taken with nightly booking, $250 for weekly Nightly bookings need to be canceled 14 days prior to arrival. Weekly Bookings require notification by May 1. Thereafter, refund only if week booked is fully re-rented. $25 bookkeeping fee applies to all cancelations.
